Felton Therapy Center offers 4 Scholarships: Dani's Garden

Felton Therapy Center is please to announce the availability of 4 Dani's Garden scholarships.

One thing we know for sure is that time is of the essence in treating trauma and eating disorders. We know that treatment is expensive and want to be a vital part of recovery. Our Intensive Outpatient Program has been successful in the healing process and we want to provide services to as many trauma and eating disordered clients as possible.

Because the need is so great we are offering 4 scholarships, each valuing no more than $520.00 to cover 4 to 8 groups as awarded by the center depending on the need of the recipient. Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a support group that teaches life skills, emotion regulation, anger management, trauma processing, self esteem, and boundaries. The scholarship will enable 4 recipients to participate in this group with teens and young adults of similar issues. The scholarship is available to both males and females ages 14-21.

The scholarship application can be found under the Forms tab. The deadline for submitting scholarship application is 11 February 2001.  Awards will be made by 15 February 2011. Group will begin on Saturday 18 February 2011. Time will be determined.

Pass it on to everyone you feel has a need to participate in our Trauma and ED support group or submit your application now.

I am so amazed at how you always seem to find a way to give back to the community. I don't know how you do it but keep up the good work. I'll be sure to pass this along. This is a need far greater than the average person could ever understand.

FTC has been awesome for our family. The IOP is wonderful and the information is overwhelming but very much needed. We look forward to our monthly family therapy sessions and we are all very hopeful for what the future holds. We truly believe FTC is helping to bring our family back together. Thank you!
