Felton Therapy Center is a fee for service program. We do not bill for insurance but will provide you a receipt for services. We understand how important your family is to you and we are dedicated to bringing you back together with the least amount of stress.

We accept cash, money order, cashier's check, and all major credit cards.
Payment plans are made on a case by case basis to support the needs of all families. We look forward to assisting you the best way possible.
Military personnel and their family members are given a 10% discount
