Kerry Heath, LPC, DAPA, Clinical Supervisor, enjoys working with children ages 4 and older and adults both male and female. She specializes in Eating Disorders, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, Post-partum Depression and anxiety. Kerry works with clients utilizing Christian Counseling (by request). Kerry is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and strives to help keep families together. Kerry also works with local support groups within the Fredericksburg area.  
 
 Nicole' L. Felton, Ph.D. (under clinical supervision)  strives to bring families together as they recognize their need for positive change. She specializes in treating individuals suffering from trauma and eating disorders.  She completed her dissertation on the Mixed Method Analysis of the Effects of Domestic Violence on Children Who Witness Abuse. Nicole' is a professor of psychology and a published author of two books.  Her clinical interests include eating disorders,domestic violence and the effects it has on children, trauma, agoraphobia, human sexuality, anxiety,and professional and paraprofessional development. Nicole' is a member of the American Psychological
Association , the American Counseling Association and a former Marine.  
 
Alysson  N. Chickneas, M.A., LPC, NCC is an adolescent and eating disorder specialist.  She has a wealth of experience helping women of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety or any other mental health related issue. Alysson has been treating Eating Disorders for the past 10 years and has worked within the spectrum of treatment from Inpatient, Partial Hospital, Intensive Outpatient and Private Practice. Alysson’s work with several prominent Eating Disorder facilities has equipped her to treat women and their families from a holistic team oriented approach. Alysson also is an adolescent specialist and finds joy helping young girls find their passion and purpose in life. Ask Alysson about insurance acceptance. 
 
Cheryl Felder-Brannon, MA, CHHC, is a Holistic Nutritionist who has a passion for helping individuals transform their lives by teaching them how to implement healthy nutrition practices instead of utilizing eating disordered behaviors. Cheryl’s goal is to empower others to find holistic wellness by focusing on the whole-body paradigm or mind, body and spirit connection. She also specializes in teaching how to prevent and reverse diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Cheryl has been studying and researching alternative health practices for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to FTC regarding binge eating and night eating. She has a passion for cooking and is exciting about food exposure and cooking experientials. Cheryl has a MA in Transpersonal Psychology and is currently conducting research for her doctoral dissertation.     
                                                     
 Quientella Nicole 'Niki' is the mental health technician and lead administrator. She is currently a student at Argosy University. Niki participated in the Virginia Women in Leadership program at Mary Baldwin and has seen first hand the issues that come with college stress and how young people strive for perfection. Niki's interests are to help males and females find self empowerment through art therapy and self discovery.
  
Frances 'Frani' Peatross is the office manager of FTC. She has over three years of experience working with families and professionals in the area of eating disorders and understands how important it is to focus on your current family matters. Frani is dedicated to helping you make your families treatment plan less stressful by working with your immediate needs. 
 
 Nurse Trella Hundley, LPN is the Training and Education Coordinator of FTC. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience from Hopsital Settings, In  Patient Eating Disorder Programs, In Home Care, and Out Patient Treatment Centers. Trella has an uncanny ability to teach and educate those in trouble about what they are doing to their bodies psychologically as well as physically. Nurse Trella provides training and education classes to parents, family members, and staff.
