We understand you have a difficult path ahead of you and want to assist you on your journey to recovery. It is imperative to know you are not alone and that we are dedicated to being there with you. This is where your motivation is one of the most important aspects of your recovery process. Being actively participative in the program will ensure accountability and responsibility on your part as well as provide you an opportunity to stay in recovery. Sometimes it feels that you have no reason to recover, the best reason is you. Give yourself the best opportunity to recover by enrolling in our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Programs.

Eating disorders are overwhelming and negatively impact our families to the point you often lose focus and faith. Its correlation to trauma, domestic violence and self harm is astronomical. FTC programs allow effectiveness in recovery by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with the use of a combination of treatment, to include individual sessions with a therapist and nutritionist, family therapy,  nutritional education, art and exposure therapy.  Our therapists and nutritionist work closely with other members of your treatment team to ensure cohesiveness in your treatment plan.

Most of our clients suffer from trauma and abuse, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, substance abuse, and sexual addiction.  They are often living with memories, intrusive thoughts, and poor self esteem exacerbated by some form of trauma or traumatic experience.

Our 16 week affordable program work towards bringing families back together after being torn apart by unforseen circumstances. We believe families are essential to recovery and provide skills and support to the individual client and the family as a whole.

Honesty with self, openness with others, supportive treatment and an accountability team is conducive to positive self change. We seek to provide such an environment that will promote growth and positive self esteem to continue on the path to recovery.
